Massage-Techniques
Originating from the Polynesian islands, this massage is rooted in a much larger healing tradition. Just like the ocean, it flows with the energy pathways and breath of the individual. In addition to the harmonising effect, it also works in the depths of the physical structures.
Lomi Lomi.
The Classic relaxes with four techniques: effleurage (strokes), pètrissage (kneading), friction, and fascia mobilisation. Designed to relieve stress, dissolve tension, and release blockages on all levels.
Classisc-Swedish.
The entire body is reflected in zones on the feet. In a combination of stroking, frictions, and pressure, the tissues, organs, and systems throughout the body are harmonised. At the same time, for carrying us every day, the feet receive the relaxation they deserve.
Foot Reflexology.
Based on Ayurvedic traditions, this massage is part of a holistic and extensive philosophy of life. It combines the knowledge of the five elements, Ayurvedic oils (prepared with specific herbs), and energy points (Marmas), all of which flow into the strokes. It is a vitalising, relaxing, and nourishing style.
Ayurveda-Abhyanga.
Inspired by Ayurvedic (Energy/Prana and Yoga) and Chinese (Acupressure) philosophies, this technique is based on three holistic traditions (Thai). It combines stretches to release tension and targeted pressure to open blockages on both a structural and energetic level.
Thai.
Originating in the ancient times of Taoist monks, this vitalising technique has continued to evolve. Through the strong connection between our organs and emotions, the approach uses gentle yet deep touches. Blockages are released, vitality is enhanced, and the flow of life energy is harmonised — this style directs attention to the engines at the centre of our bodies.
Chi Nei Tsang.
This particular style of acupressure was passed down through many generations in an influential family within Chinese medicine. Anchored in Traditional Chinese Medicine (nature, philosophy, spirituality, martial arts, and qigong), it considers the person’s wholeness and their environment, aiming to address the root causes of their needs. This style works with points along the meridians (energy pathways), using gentle, releasing techniques with appropriate pressure.
Qigong Tuina.
